iOS - New features & redesigns
2015 - 2018
As the designer for AEO apps I designed many new features as well as major redesign of core features. We operated in 2 week sprint cycles to fix bugs and release features. Below are some of the features I've designed.
Swim Mix & Match
A feature that allow users to mix and match bikinis by switching through an array of different fits and colors. Since Aerie typically carries a single style in multiple print / color (and vise versa), we want to create an easy way to customize swim sets.
Favorite
A new feature for customers to save their favorite styles and share their favorites with others. A in store mode is planned to alert customers when their saved styles are in stock when they're near a store, and to add favorite items from the stores by scanning the barcode.
Snap & scan
Snap & Scan is a new feature that can scan barcodes in store, and use photo to do a visual search in our catalog.
Radio
Add the feature of radio into the app that include multiple stations.
Branding update
Here's some of the screens updated as part of the "eagle removal" rebrand effort in 2016.
inspiration
Added a new tab called inspiration to showcase curated content and more ways to shop.

Android - new features & redesigns
About 15% of AEO active app users have Android devices, while it is a low percentage of customer and generate little revenue. We designed every new feature and major feature redesign for Android on par with iOS. Here are some of the designs.
